I have brought it up to the doctor, tell them that I am doing the kegel exercise, but then it seems like they drop it. Like the only thing to do is the kegles. Its annoying. I'm not over weight, but I guess I could lose some more baby weight. I find some positions that don't hurt, but it interferes with my orgasm. Can any one help? Is there anything else to do, or are kegles the only answer? I've been doing them pretty constantly for months, and it doesn't seem to be working.

I guess the idea is you have to keep the PC muscles flexed to keep them inside. Sort of a Kegel exercise, only with props.

Sorry, no, I don't know how they work. I'd have to go to wikipedia.org or google them. Did you try that?

Anyway, I bought these Ben Wa balls, that are suppose to help with the exercises too, but I don't understand how they work. Do you know anything about those?

That sounds very frustrating for you. I know nothing about this, so I went to a website I often use for answering medical questions. I like it because the information is reviewed by medical authorities before being posted. (Except for the blogs.)
Here's what I found for you.

You seem to be doing the only thing you can without surgery for now. Gosh, that seems drastic to resolve these symptoms.
I'd go in and really push your doctor on what you can do to improve things, this is affecting your quality of life, after all. Get her or him to spell out all your options, and be a bit of a pest about it. I've learned that you have to speak up and demand attention if you want complete answers.
Good luck.
