writes: Hello i have always been sexually attracted to girls but have never thought about it too much as was scared and i thought it was just a fanatasy or something and i didnt know whether it was real or not.I have had long term relationships with boys and have been in love i havent ever had sex with a boy and none of my relationships have been overly sexual but i have been attracted to them.Recently one of my best friends whom is gay (female) came on to me and we kissed for a long time we went on kissing like this when we were at friends houses and things and were normally drinking at the time but never drunk. Now its all over and i was really upset but now im not sure of my sexuality but i fear i will never really know or have the chance to descover who i really am.If anyone has any opinions id be greatful. Thanks x

 Don't be in such a rush!
There's no need to define who you are, you are what you are!
You will meet people regarless of their sex if your attracted to them, then get to know each other.
This may be just a "phase" that you feel you want to try everything. Which is completely normal.
It may be that your bi-sexual in which case you have the best of both worlds!
Or you may decide your straight.
In time you will figure out your sexual preference there's no need to define it! Just have fun and play safe!

 Only you can answet his question, I'm afraid. There's no reason why you cannot be attracted to men and women and be bisexual. Some people have phases or obsessions with one person of the same sex, this doesn't make them gay or lesbian. Some people think they're straight all their lives until they meet that special person and they might be of the same sex!
It's difficult for anyone to answer this as only you know, in your heart, who you are attracted you and who you want to be with. It seems to me like you are more interested in girls, you don't seem to have had a serious relationship with a guy but this doesn't necessarily answer the question of your sexuality.
I'd say stop trying to answer these questions so fast. Life has a way of showing us the answer to our problems when it's time to move on. You may be confused for a while longer but when you meet someone, and as you grow as a person, you will start to realise naturally, who you are sexually.
Good luck and enjoy this time, it's exciting and whatever the outcome, love yourself!

There is nothing wrong with people attracted to the same sex, by the sounds of it you are attracted to the same and opposite, which is nothing to be scared of, there is nothing wrong with it, maybe you are a bisexual. Everyone goes through these 'fases' and some change those fases into lifestyles. Some people are attracted to the opposite sex dont even want to be attracted to the same sex as them, it is completely natural, if you are sure it is not a fase, go along with it, date guys or girls, whatever you want. It is your life, you live it! There are websites that you could go on such as www.match.co.uk or .com They find singles in your area, if you search for single male's in your area, they will give you a good respond of males, if you search for females that are looking for a female, they will give you a good respond to that too.
