 It's tough at 16. Most adults would say that you are too young and blah blah blah. I believe you can fall in love at 16. So, if he cant start his day without hearing your voice, then wait till you are alone with him in a romantic place and just look at him and say I love you. He will probably say I love you too. Just remember, guys are not as mature as girls at your age, it's just a fact. So be careful with your heart. You may not hear what you want. But go for it!!!
