I checked the net but I couldn't find anything. It's not crippling but it is noticeable and does go away afterwards fairly quickly. My best guess is that it is something to do with anxiety? I really couldn't be sure though, any medics in the house? Thanks.

Is there anything I can do about it other than just ignore it? Or is it not really a serious problem?
Thanks.
