She has a boyfriend, but lately she's been licking her lips at me and sticking her tongue out in provocative ways. Maybe I started this when I blew her a kiss. She loves touching me....stomach, thigh, hugs, putting her breasts on my hands, back etc. I'm not sure her motive, is she another straight girl that just likes to tease? She went into the restroom and gave me longing eye contact. So about 5 or 6 minutes later I went in restroom, I was about to leave out then she called my name from the stall. I asked how did she know it was me, she replied I just knew. So she came out and all, and we kind of watched each other for about five minutes or so with her taking her time with things. I admit I'm not aggressive with what I want, but I'm not sure what this chick wants either.

 Sounds like she is either looking for an experiment or is just getting off on teasing you and seeing that you like her in that way.
Either way she has a boyfriend so you are not going to get anything meaningful from her expect problems!

It sounds like a straight girl that may want an encounter, its hard to say wether it would turn into a lasting relationship but you should stop and learn alittle more about her if your wanting more than a possible one night stand. Another option is to come straight out and ask her. It doesnt sound like she would be shy about her answer, but dont be suprised at what you may hear. Most straight girls wont leave the comforts of heterosexuality, tell their families or go the long haul, its usually an experience they want and whats better than having some one attracted to you guy or girl or both. Ego trip maybe?
