I’ve just started considering a plan that can get my shyness to girls to disappear always have trouble talking to them or looking them in the eyes, and I'm pretty sure it has to do with the genetically hardwired fear of rejection. Here’s my plan:1.Go to a mall on the other side of town.2.Aproach a girl.3.Say: "Hey I'm I have a fear of rejection and I want to get over it can you brutally reject me?"(She'll most likely be shocked)4.Take the rejection with a cool head and say: "Thank you, 36 down, 14 to go". And if she doesn’t want to I can gently provoke her by saying: "Awww c'mon, is that the best you can do?”5.Repeat with 50 girls as a target or more if necessary. This should get me desensitized to rejection and be easy as I am looking for it. Maybe a girl will think it's cute and will want to get to know me, but I'm not getting my hopes up...Any thoughts, is this a good plan?

I rather like this plan, but I'm afraid that by girl 10 or 15 you'll be asked to leave by the security guards!
You sound like you have a good sense of humor and some good ideas on how to deal with rejection.
How about just treating some girls like you do your male friends? Just talk to them and treat them like they are your buddies? You can practice eye contact too.
We may be a mysterious group, females, but we're still of the same species and like to be treated as friends.
Good luck, and I really want to know how this plan works out for you!
