reader, anonymous, writes (24 August 2007): swimming is great for losing weight off you bum but if you can't swim try a hula hoop in the garden or running up and down the stairs a few times. try gently massaging but don't make it harsh that can make the problem worse.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 May 2007): you should go and do a tieboe workout it keeps you fiit and burns all the fat in your butt, abs and thighs which is exactly what i needed it for because after having my son a year ago today i put on alot of weight i used to be a size 12 i then went up to a size 18 i've now gone down to a size 16 and i can feel the difference in me people tell me all the time now that i am losing weight and that makes me feel 10 times better in myself at least i know that i can do it it is for any age group for men and women and i would reccomend it to anyone.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 January 2007): Since your already skinny I would suggest that you start walking 2 to 3 times a weak at a medium pace. I had the same problem about 3 or 4 months ago. I had a ripped body but still had a big butt. I then jumped up to running and cycling. Just in a couple of months I was happy as a kid getting a new toy!!!!

Figure out how many calories a day you consume and if you have been maintaining the same weight, reduce your calorie intake by about 500 calories a day....use caloriefreak.com a free service to track you consumables...and start MOVING. Muscle burns more calories than fat, and as you build muscle and lose fat through diet and excercise, you will continue to lose weight....just keep track of everything to keep yourself honest....aerobic excercise and weight training is the "weigh" to go.

men love that! But thats not to say you cant make the best of yourself,we all strive for perfection us girls thats fine, Im not always happy either but no need go too far(like sugery etc),Just small changes for your own inner and outer confidance not for anyone else!
In answer to your question though, No you cant really lose weight from one area of your body if you diet but what you can do is "Tone up" By Dance or Yoga whatever takes your fancy.Eat nice healthey food but dont go on a scrict diet, drink lots of water as well,
But be proud of your figure and no one will be wondering anything your being paranoid,The reality is There probebly thinking "I Like her Jeans I wonder would I get myself in a pair" If there a women, And if there a man they could be cheaking you out! have confidance in yourself hun, Take care Ditzy Blonde :)
