Is there a possibility he could like me more than he lets on?

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

My friend and i have been friends for two years. I like him but I accept that its never going to happen. He has been in a good mood lately. Today I was playing with him on the bus, friendly. Everytime I sit in front of him on the bus he always puts his hand over the seat dangling. It kind of bugs me so I move his hand then he puts it back. I give him a high five and he laughs and say hey. I can't tell if hes blushing or not. I think he blushes. We are close but everytime I ask him to hangout he says i dont know. He's a big goof and thats why I like him? Sure he treats me different than his other friends and doesn't text me or talk to me online but when were together I wish it would never end! How should I take on this situation? He never gets mad at me and he says i bug him but he still smiles. I must not be a big bother to him?
