he might like you.. you're young and making fun of someone is a way of telling them you like them; instead of being all nice to you, he is scared so he is making fun of you. if i were you i would ignore him for a while to indirectly tell him if he makes fun of you, he can't have you. actions speak louder than words. if he really does like you, and isn't stupid he will get the message. when he stops making fun of you, initiate conversation with him and try to flirt and stuff. you can also just tell him you don't like it when he makes fun of you and ask him politely to stop. however, he might get scared of what to say and just make fun of you more so i'd recommend the first way. good luck
