writes:this is kinda tricky, and im in what i would call a problem. One of my friends (female) that we will call F1, gets jealous, and has admited that F2 (also female) always has guys like her more than her, even though they are "best friends". this is important for later in the story.In the beginning of the summer, F1 used to like me, a lot, but then a lot of stuff happened, and she didnt like me that way anymore, and we were just really good friends. Me and F2 started to become really good friends aswell. We would lay on the same couch together, on multiple occasions, basicly spooning, and watch movies and stuff. But about 4 weeks ago, she would roll over and face me, and she was acting like she wanted to kiss, and things like that. I wont lie, i wanted to do the same, but i did't wanna mis-read the signs accidently and ruin what we had. But then a week or so after that, with this happening on more then one occasion, i decided to go for it, and it was what she wanted.The next day and a half were really ackward for me at least. i tried to talk to her like we normally did, and she was giving 1 word answers, like she didnt want to talk. Then i was hanging out with F2, and got her to talk about F1. she told me F1 told her she didnt like me. i was ok with that, for the 4 hours or so we hung out, but then on the ride home, and when i tried to go to sleep, it was the only thing i could think of, and i didnt know why. but i was pissed at myself for doing what i didnt want to do, and thats ruin the relationship we had.A few days after that, still having 1 word replies, we were going bowling with a group of people, since we live close together, she asked for a ride, and i said yes. when i got to her house, i think she leaned in for a kiss, but i messed that up by not seeing it and i jus gave her a hug, and it was fine. the night went on without a hitch, wasnt ackward or anything. few days after that, we went to the beach, and then had a mini party at my friends house, with me, my friend, F1, and F2. F2 and my friend were very drunk, and i drank, wasnt drunk and F1 didnt drink.F2 and my friend were in the other room almost the entire night, and me and F1 were in the room with the couches, she was on the couch, i just laid on the floor. after a lil while later, she went on the floor too, and we kissed again, and it started picking up. then she made me check on the other 2, i would come back, and we would makeout again. she went and checked on them too. after a while of this going on, kissing, checking on them, watching a movie, the tv shut off, lights were off, we were just there, 2 friends in other room, and us on the floor. i rolled her on top of me, and we were still making out, and i started feeling up her butt, and boobs and she let me. after a lil while of this she said she was going to sleep. she rolled her back to me, and said and i quote "give me a kiss goodnight" and we made out for another 5 mins or so. This was not the end of the night though, we ended up making out again for about 30 more mins.we started talking again like we used to after this, which was good, i thought.few days after that, at like 10oclock, me, F2, and my friend went to pick up F1 because my friend was leaving for college the next day. so we are driving, and i fell on the floor of my friends van, and then i ended up pulling F1 on the floor too, and we kissed on the floor of the van, then went for a walk, and we held hands, and she was kissing me again, and when we went to drop her off, she wanted another kiss goodbye, and i said "noo 10 more mins" but she left, and i didnt kiss her goodbye.next morning, we end up forcing her to come out again to say goodbye again (she was leaving the next day). and she seemed distant from me, completly different from the past 2 times we hung out. she wasnt all over me, wasnt giving me kisses, or holding me hand or anything, and barley talking to me. when we got back to her house, she said that was the last time she was going to see us, and she gave us all hugs goodbye.at 10:30 or so that night i get a call to come over, i did and we hung out for a while, jus talking, and that was it, no kissing (but almost).then she told me to come visit her at college, and i said i could easily, and then soon after she said "no wait dont come". so i said ok, i didnt care either way.Then about a week later, i get a text from her saying "Before we left for college did you like me"i answered with "thats a tough one, but i guess you could say that" she said "lol ok i was jw" i said "lol any particulat reason why? haha" she said "naa i was jw lol" i said "fair enough" and she surprised me when she said "so i was with this guy last night hahahaha"i didnt know what to say, so i jus said i was in class (which i was) and id talk to her later. after class i tried talking to her and it was just 1 word answers again.Now today, i asked F2 if F1 said anything about me, and i told F2 about the question F1 asked me. and i get something like this "wow thats weird, she didnt tell me about that, but dont be mad but, she said she thought you liked her, but she doesnt like you. she just liked cuddling and stuff like that with you. she said you arent her type. And now she has this almost bf or something, its like she completly forgot about us" then she went on to tell me that she liked guys that are jerks.at first it didnt bother me, because i thought i didnt like her that way, it was just the same. So i texted F1, telling her that i got somegirls number, and that tonight was going to be a really good night, then i got the reply "ive had a really good night the past 3 nights ;)"but then it started to eat at me and i had no idea why. do i really like her? now just a short while ago, F2 was talking to F1. F2 told me F1's roommate was complaining about the guy F1 has been sleeping with the past 3 nights. Also, F2 told F1 to just go out with me multiple times aparently, and F1 said she didnt want to.so i really dont know what to do. do i like her? what should i do? does she like me? she doesnt talk to me like she used to, and if we do talk, i have to start it. i have so many thoughts running through my head and i dont know what to think. is F1 lieing to F2? is F2 lieing to me? i dont know. all i know is i need help.  If you don't like her then what she says shouldn't have any effect on you. Forget her and don't pay any attention to what she says she's immature.

reader, anonymous, writes (7 September 2010): i asked this question. i dont like f2, she doesnt like me anymore. they are both very good friends to me, but i cant move on so easily now and i dont know why. part of me wants to think that f2 is lieing, but idk. ughhh. and title really didnt reflect what my prob is very well...

ikr.... that is without a doubt the most longest one i've ever read... Anyways, If I were you, I think you should forget F1 and F2. It seems as if they're trying to play with you or something. Either way, don't think about it too much or you will get much more confused. So my advice to you is to just go with the flow. Just be friends with people who wants to friend you, but don't try anything you think that can ruin a friendship. Because as I like to say to all my frens, sometimes a relationship can ruin a friendship, but in your case, I don't think it was ever a relationship. but anyways goodluck. Don't worry abt it too much kayys? =) XXXX

Whew that is the longest and most complicated post I've read here :-) Seriously though both these girls are jerking you round so I would forget both of them and find someone who will love you back with no complications.
