She said she wasn't ready 4 a relationship then to which i was initially upset and wanted to drop the friendship. However on second thought, i dropped my disappointment and decided to carry on the friendship. But my confusion is stemming from the fact that,of recent, we have become so fond of each other and she even texts me very romantic messages. The dates haven't stopped either.Did she mean what she said at first or she was simply playing hard to get?

Maybe she just wasnt sure, these things take time, and if you two turn out not to be a couple, dont drop the friendship, just because you cant be together doesnt mean you cant be friends. Just keep at it, if shes sending you romantic texts, and your going on dates, then it looks like your going in the right direction. Good luck with it
