there honestly nothing to worry about because it aint everything it was craked up to be i thought. Yeah it did hurt a bit but it was because i was a bit nervous. but don't worry if you relax, trust and know you love your partner and have the right contraception then everything will be ok. :-)

The most common 'bad' bit that people have with losing their virginity is doing it with the wrong person. It seems that many feel they 'have' to lose their virginity, to be cool or keep up with their mates or whatever, and rush into it. That means lowering their standards. It's unfortunately too easy to find an obliging teenage boy who will talk about relationships but then loose interest after having had sex a few times. That can leave you feeling cheap and a bit used. Not pleasant.
I can only recommend holding out for someone you know really cares for you (ie you have been in a good relationship long enough to be sure), and to just remember that the word 'no' is always acceptable. That is the best path to having a good experience.
My experience was that many of my friends were busy telling people how they had lost there virginity and what it was like. But then when I did, many of those same people were very curious... 'so whats it like?'. I'm certain that a lot of boys lie about it to appear cool, and I wouldn't be surprised if girls do that too.

well it depends on the individual person some people say it hurts others dont.
but just because you are 17 doesnt mean you have to lose your virginity it will happen when the time is right and with the right person this person should be caring and willing to understand that this is your first time
so when the time comes just remember to relax and take things slowly and remember SAFE SEX!!!
good luck
