The only reason why i feel this way, its because since i was 14 i felt and i think he actually feels the same way sorta because of the way we interact but, sometimes i guess were both waiting on one of us' signal to 'attack' haha. But i have noticed were both extremely proud.Or maybe he just likes to tease me, now that he knows the way i feel.

Cousins fall in love and marry quite frequently. My first cousin and I were a couple for many years and very happy. Tell him how you feel before it's too late. Be happy. :)

 In many countries marrying your first cousin is perfectly normal. The kings and Queens of Europe have always married within the family. It depends on the laws where you live. You can love whoever you like, nobody can stop you from loving. However,in the USA it is illegal to marry your first cousin, therefore, it is wrong to date or have a sexual relationship. Sorry, please find yourself another partner to date and love.

So if you two ever happen to be in the U.K. anytime, bonk away cause its legal there. You ccould even marry.
I feel its a bit icky. Then again none of my female cousins are even remotely attractive so... I've probably dodged a bullet here.
Look if you do end up doing the horizontal tango, then for god sakes get on the pill, get him to wear at least TWO condoms and never, I repeat NEVER ever tell anyone about it. I cannot stress this enough.

 i think you should leave it alone, i guess its okay to have a fantasy about him but dont let it come to reality. hes your blood and in my opinion it wouldnt be right. find someone who you are not related to.
