Is it wrong for me to be sharing these feelings with him or should I just keep my mouth shut in future?

A female United Kingdom, anonymous writes:

after having a conversation with my friend last night, about sex, he admitted to me that he loves the way i 'think like men' with regards to sex, that i am not lady like at all.

i was just saying about how when i have a FWB i like to keep the distance and not get emotionally involved, that it is strictly sex and thats it. No dinner dates, cinema or anything like that and sometimes i like it to be just between me and that person. I have made it clear to my past FWB's that i am not interested in a relationship and would never consider getting into a 'FWB' status with someone unless they were 100% that it would never be anymore than that..

is it wrong for me to be sharing these feelings with him or should i just keep my mouth shut in future??

thank you for your opinions ..

: strongfb - my friend is not a FWB, he would be my best male friend, the one i talk to and share my secrets with, i have known him for over 10 years and we used to hook up. Although we don't anymore since becoming close friends, he has never once shared any of my secrets with anyone else and thats why i feel i can talk to him about things, he always gives me his honest opinion which i value most of the time but in a situation like this, it is making me question my outlook on the whole FWB situation..
