Hey... ive been going out with a girl for the last 3 months and things were going pretty well up until last week. she just got knid of distant. anyway we had a chat tonite and she was saying that its nothing to do with me its all her, she cant help but feel that deres something missing from the relationship and that she wants some space for a while. i asked if she still wanted to be with me shes reassured me that she does and that its happened to her every time and that she broken up with the fella everytime and that she didnt call it off because she likes me too much. she says its lik a mental block or something and that she wants some space to have a chance to miss me and hopes that that will sort it out.. im just wondering if its worth continuing on or if im just prolonging it by staying together??

A female reader, anonymous, writes (23 November 2009):

Ok fellow, I hope my advice helps ...

My advice give her space, she asked for it if you don't you will loose her... However if you are the senitive sweet -heart type I would send flowers or etc with a note saying take all the time you want,I will be right here when you are ready... Then I would just be a bit distant or keep yourself busy for a bit... (Time away makes the heart grow fonder)Some woman like myself, just need time for themselves to feel grounded... Some guys did not understand time to myself was just me needing time to me, in saying that those guys are not here. The fellow who has my heart also has my best intentions at hand, he provides me space when I need it with out questions. He is who I will marry when the time is right...
