reader, anonymous, writes (30 June 2006): Yeah, stomach flu's are 24 hour bugs... they dont last 2 weeks long. It may or may not have anything to do with pregnancy, but she definately needs to go see a doctor to find out whats wrong.

 Not much to go on here... You don't say whether you've had unprotected sex lately, or when. When was her last period? Has she taken a pregnancy test?
If she's had an upset stomach for a fortnight then she needs to get to a doctor and get treatment, full stop. It doesn't matter what's causing it; she needs professional attention.
Go make an appointment please...
