So, you want to be long-term with this girl and she doesn't want the same? But you think there's no harm in spending time with each other because you care for each other?
You see, what happens when you spend time with someone you care about as more than friends, is that feelings are developed. And once they grow stronger it's hard to leave. If she doesn't want anything long-term, she needs to guard her feelings and not get attached to anyone. Thats why she can't spend a lot of time with someone she cares about, out of fear that feelings will grow stronger.
