Sure why not. Even though I do not see FB as a "real" way to interact with each other that's not the question. Ex employees are "fair game" plus you might learn something about the company that you should know that only an ex-employee would feel safe in saying.

It is okay yes if you have an interest in her. She has terminated her employment with you and if you won't be hiring her again well then I don't see a problem.
