If it pumps out, it's an orgasm. No, it doesn't feel like much if it's just a mechanical release. But if you get very sexually excited you will find that the moment of pumping gets to be quite an event, and one that you look forward to. That's when it'll start becoming an "orgasm" in every sense of the word.

I'm not sure what to say. If you ejaculate, that's normally an orgasm. What is there about the ejaculation that isn't orgasmic? Does it run out instead of being pumped out? Or don't you get excited enough to consider it an "orgasm"?
When you get older and ejaculation occurs because of strong sexual stimulus (say because of contact with a girl), I think the "orgasm" aspect will make itself more palpably felt.
