writes: whenver i have sex w/ my boyfriend, it really hurts my hips- they ache for days afterward. is this normal? is there anything i can do? it doesn't matter what position- every position does it. i've tried stretching, too (not like warm-up for sex ... that would be weird ... just generally trying to stretch out my hips).does this happen to other women? if i ignore it and just let it keep hurting (taking ibuprofen for the pain when it's bad), am i risking anything serious in the long term? my hips hurt like crazy after sex. and the inner part of my thighs i try and stretch but it doesnt help. sitting down leaning over etc. all of it hurts and i dnt know why. maybe its either because your not use to the size, speed, time, etc. but it happens to me too so...

The same thing happens to me. Taking a hot shower as soon as possible after having sex seems to help a lot.
I've had the same problem throughout my entire marriage.
(27 years).
It's very uncomfortable, but haven't noticed any other problems resulting from it.
Since I know someone else is experiencing this, I will do some research. I will let you know if I find anything that may be helpful.
