I had a young 26 year old amle teacher who used to always flirt with a female senior in my school. After she graduated, they had a relationship. After you're graduated or left the school, there is nothing wrong with it & nothing the school can legally do. But yes you must be legal age as well.

No. A teacher is in a position of trust and authority and it is illegal for him to have a relationship with you even if you are 18.

considering your age tag reads 16-17, i'm presuming you are not 18? a teacher will never have a relationship with a former student regardless of their age because they have a profession where they are deemed upholding members of the community, it is undignified and unlikely that they should endulge in such relations.
