That's a new one on me, and I thought I knew them all.
I wonder whether it's related to the fetish of being forced to hold it - something unpleasant happening if you let it go? That one is quite well known, but it's usually between two people and along the lines of "you'll get spanked if you dare pee before I give you permission".
Having said that, there is definitely something infinitely pleasurable about the release of a bladder that's become over-full - and that sensation certainly does have links to sexual pleasure, so I guess that the act of holding it is all part of the same thing.
Interesting. If you want to explain any more and don't want to describe it in too much detail in public, then feel free to send me a private message on here.
Possible dangers: it is possible that not emptying your bladder regularly, particularly if you have not had very much liquid to drink, might cause the bladder contents to start to ferment with all sorts of nasty consequences. Some medical sources also say that not emptying the bladder regularly makes you more prone to cystisis and/or other infection. Drinking very large amounts of water to fill the bladder can, in extreme cases, kill you, and there have been some well-publicised cases of this recently.
So don't risk over-doing it, even though I'm sure it's not a problem if done in moderation.
