Is he really interested in developing a relationship with me?

I went to a pub with my mates last Saturday and I met this guy M there. After chatting for a while he asked me if he could give me a hug and I said yes. Then he went on asking me if he could give me a kiss. I was quite reluctant to do so because I didn't know him at all but my friends were like 'hey just go ahead!' so we kissed. He kissed one of my friends too but he did that only because my friend said she would like to try. He then asked me to kiss him again so we kissed 3 times in total at the pub. Later my friend asked him if he would like to spend some time with me and he replied "If she wants to." I didn't know if I wanted to but my friends were like 'just go ahead' again so I went for a walk with him. He wanted to take me to a hotel for kissing (he claimed) but I refused so we went to the park and kissed. At first he kept texting me (never called) but since Wednesday he hadn't texted anymore. And last night he finally texted me again if he could meet me up. I thought it would be a date and I was nervous about it since I never dated anybody. I told him I had to go by 5pm as I had a class today so we met at 4pm at starbucks. But he took me to a park nearby again and kissed me. I asked him to stop because I was so confused and then he said he had to go to meet his friends and told me to give him a call. When I left the park it was just 4:11pm. I am really puzzled! Is he really interested in developing a relationship with me or does he only want to find a girl to kiss and f**k eventually? He's an American working here in Hong Kong and I'm a Chinese who has never been in a relationship...Please help me out! What should I do? Thanks! (Sorry for my terrible English)
