writes:im 17 and i think my bf is playing mind games with me its so hard to describe basicly when i get angry i forget what is going on in every aspect my mind just goes and my boyfriend knows this i think hes using it to his advantage it just seems that no matter what i cant win if i ever get generally upset and walk off to be alone he goes in a childish sulk and then twists the situation so that everything is my fault and then because im worked up i forget what was rong with me and start feeling guilty for going over the top but im so sure im not my reactions to things seem to be pretty reasonable im quite unhappy and have tryed to leave him so many times but no matter how i try i have tryed every way possible i just cant seem to finsih the job its like hes got some sort of hold on me im really confused about wether its me or him please help me we have been together for 2 years now Reply to this Question

First you need to realise just what you are getting upset about, Then if you need a little time away to get your head together thats the best thing to do rather than argue but its not good if when you come back an argument occurs anyway...Something must be happening first to get you upset to the point of not being able to focus. If your so upset that your mind gets so confused its not good love...Im sending you a link for your self esteem to help you get some confidence and it hopefully will help you sort alot out thats confusing you....
