A few years later and we get talking again. He says he loves me and then whenever he says he will come round he says he has football or has to go to the doctors or is going out with his family.  Just don't ask him to come see you. let him decide so he won't have anymore excuses.just stay in silence for a while to see exactly where he stands. Good luck

Give him one more chance and if he blows it then tell him not to contact you again and walk away.
There are a million boys out there so don't waste your time.
If he's confused or scared or whatever then let him do it in his own time.
