 If the guy can't respect your decision to not send nude pictures (which is a the right thing to do, not sending pictures like that, especially at your age. You can legally be charged with producing child porn. A girl at my high school had that happen to her.) then he isn't worth it. And if he freaked out when you said you won't that most likely means he only wants your body, not you. Stand up for who you are, love yourself, and forget this loser.
