I've just started using sunbeds to and I'm half indian so got a slight tan to my skin however I burn! Use cocoa butter as soon as you come out of the sunbed, they usually have cream there for u to use! They are very bad for u but addictive if your burnt now I consider waiting until the burns gone and then start again using sun lotion and put the fan on high in there to it will cool you down! Good luck don't get addicted like me lol x

First off make sure you go to a staffed place if you have to.
But the best advice is just to not bother. I am pale and if I go on a sun bed I will burn, go red, and then go white again.
There are SO MANY great tanning products out there. You could do it at home or go and get a professional one done. Possibly it'd be better to get someone else to do it if you aren't used to it. It's not expensive, looks natural, and doesn't risk all that horrible cancer and burning.
Also, if you hit sunbeds at 16, you'll be wrinkly by the tiem you are 30. It really does damage. My friend's mum was obsessed with them when she was younger and looked great at the time (if a little orange) but I saw her recently and she looked about 15 years older than she actually is - her skin was like leather.
A good spray tan does wonders. or be like me and stay pale and interesting.
Good Luck!! xx

You must use sunblock like spf15 to protect your skin, especially your face cuz to much uv light is not good for you. Your first time you should only go in for about 5 to 10 min so your skin won't burn and little by little go longer. Use the fan as well. Good luck don't be nervous it's very easy.

Spray tans look so much nicer in my opinion.
