Since then, we've slept with each other 4 more times and tried a couple of more positions (me on top, from behind) but again nothing that felt very strenuous.I know that sex does change your body and stretch you a bit, but I'm not really sure if my changes are normal or have just happened very quickly. When I used to examine myself in the mirror, I had to sort of 'pull' a bit to see the vulva but now when I just lean back when I'm standing in the mirror it's just there! Also, it looks more lopsided than before, but I'm not sure if I'm imagining that. Are these changes normal and am I just overimagining things? Is there any sense in seeing a nurse just to be sure, or do these changes happen to all women?

And no, sex doesn't "stretch" you. Sometimes, there is a hymen that is broken and so things will look a little different down there, but your vagina is pretty much going to stay the same way unless you have a lot of children etc.You cannot possibly change shape after having sex four times!
Just have fun and relax :)

It sounds perfectly normal.
Just keep it safe.
