writes:Okay so this has got me climbing the walls.I sent pics to my ex bf of me in my bra and now im freaking out cause im afraid he's showed to somebody cause he's an idiot now i realize it duh too late. either way im freaking out and i did this almost a year ago but it stil haunts me idk what to do??Do i talk to him?? I mean he broke up with me and it was okay you know no mean things we're said but now he's a pot head and im afraid he'll say something stupid while he's stoned. I keep praying for an answer so now im here. Please what should i do??

 Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. A lot of young people forget that once you send a picture to someone or post a picture on a website, it no longer becomes "your" property.
It's probably better NOT to mention it to him as he probably deleted the photo or hasn't even thought about sending it or showing it to anyone. Reminding him of it might make him become vindictive and then show the picture to someone.
Take this as lesson learned. A rule of thumb: if you can't send the picture to your parents, then you shouldn't send the picture to anyone else! Just pray that he doesn't show the picture to anyone.
