No you just got lucky.
If you are not old enough to understand your own biology and about cycles then you are not old enough to have a baby.
Get yourself on the pill and use condoms.
You also need to get an STD test as you could have chlamydia and that DOES cause infertility.

 You're not infertile you're just lucky. Babies deserved to be planned. If you aren't ready to be pregnant then use birth control.
