writes: I have been off my pill for 6 months and I am 20, still get periods, me and my partner have sex 3 times a week maybe more but I am worried I can't get pregnant any more. I did when I was 17 and I really didn't think it was right at the time but now I worry I can't and I don't know what to do. Is something wrong with me? It sometimes hurts when I have sex as well, is this to do with abortion, if so I am so gutted plz help

You need to talk to your doctor. Having an abortion can cause scarring in the uterus which means you can ovulate and it become fertilized but it wont be able to attach to the wall of the uterus and you will then bleed it out. Only a doctor can look and see if you have damage to your uterus and/or your cervix. I feel very sorry for you if they didn't inform you that there was a chance that you could never have another baby due to an abortion. Talk to your doctor ASAP and also mention the pain associated with sex.

if you still have periods it means your body is still preparing itself to carry a baby so it should mean that you can get pregnant. as for the sex thing im not sure but you might want to see a doctor to clear things up.
