If the foreskin is tight and painful when you try to pull it back, then maybe go to the doctor to check that it isn't too tight, as this could make sex painful in the future. As for ways of making you sperm safe - there is no way other than knowing who you are sleeping with and wearing a condom. While it IS possible to contract HIV from unprotected oral sex the risk is very unlikely - (studies have suggested a 0.1% risk!) Other STI's are more easily contracted from oral however, (especially if she has ulcers or bleeding gums) so be careful! If you're still unsure, go to your local GUM clinic and get checked out (although at 16, if you're new to sex you should be fine!) And don't listen to the girl aboves stupid advice to wear a loose fitting large condom, as if you have a smaller penis they can slip off and cause unwanted pregnancies etc! Try different condom sizes from the chemist (or free at the GUM clinic) to see which ones fit you perfectly.

But anyways, unless you know you have aids, HIV, or other STDs, or you have had a blood transfusion or gay relationships, its very unlikely that you have anything. But to be safe, mature, responsible and loving to your gf, go to your local GUM (genito-urinary medicine) clinic, and you can get a free testing for every STD out there, to prove that you are clean and healthy. I did this (Im a girl) and asked my bf to do the same before we had unprotected (Im on the pill so no physical protection) sex!I would think its fair to ask your gf to do the same for you, make sure she is clean, but thats up to you!I hope this helps. feel free to message me if you have any more questions! All the best

As far as i know (and i should after my expeiriance!) You cant give her STD's by swallowing, however if it goes on her hand and she touches her vagina then she is at danger of catching STD's this is the same for normal sex. there is no cure for STD's unfortunately. so make sure you wear a LARGE sized condom, this will make it alot more comfortable whilst having sex, if you need any more info why not email me on here? All the best, Faith.
