Amusement parks, went to Six Flags on a second date and it was like i was living my childhood again. We ate cotton candy and rode every ride screaming our heads off. Disney land, Disney World, SIx Flags, Busch Gardens etc..Ball room dancing or salsa dancing I've always wanted to do, it's sexy, but you can still have fun, and totally unpredictable because what guy would think of that? A random road trip is a ton of fun too, take a weekend tell her to pack a bag and hit the beach for the weekend, or go and see a monument in the U.S. one that you're not too far from. But one you know neither of you have seen..Niagara Falls, the White House, Smithsonian Museum, etc...Or go to the mountains for rock climbing or hiking. Or one I've always wanted to is go on a picnic in a park or by a nice lake for a romantic setting...I'm sure you'll find something!

Hmmm. Typically, at your age I would advise you to eschew traditional "dating" in place of just hanging out with each other at your places, at parties, or with friends as you go about your normal lives. It's sad, but I remember girls in your age bracket responded much better to that kind of non-dating relationship.
If you are determined to have a traditional date, pick three locations within walking distance of each other, and try to get to all three in one night. It gives the appearance of spontaneity and makes the date feel like it lasts longer than it does. So, try a cafe, a farmer's market, and then go explore some cool part of town like a creek (of course, you've scouted the area ahead of time for fun parts and for safety, but don't tell her that).
Or, you could meet up by cooking a light meal together at your place, then go dancing, then go back to your place, but park a block away and make out in the car.
Get all your friends together for an around-town scavenger hunt, then some drinks (booze or hot chocolate both work).
Find a bunch of cool things in your area, and plan around them. Once you've exhausted that resource, try to think of something cool to do, like the aforementioned scavenger hunt.
