I don't want to but it just seems like it's being with her that's making me depressed and I quit the wrestling team at my school, and don't remember why. Could that cause it? What should I do? I'm so confused, please help.

dear confused. try talking about the situation with your partner, and perhaps sugest going on a 'break'. If you dont want to break up completly, just have some space and see if it is the relationship that is making you feel this way. comunication can solve everything. 8 months is a long time, and it might be worth sorting things out. i hope it turns out ok :) Erica.

before you finish with her and find you have made a mistake i would rejoin the team and then see how you feel.
if you still feel the same then you should explain to her im sure she would be there for you and help you work through it even if it just as mates.
but dont do anything you will regret cause u might not be able to get it back.
hope this helps good luck.
