She once again broke up with him because he kept cheating on her. Her school is next to my house and we meet up alot. I told her i have feelings for her and that i love her but she told me its weird if me and her went out as she sees me as her bestfriend. When i dont speak to her i miss her and feel as if a part of me is missing and when i dont talk to her she gets upset and says she misses me. When we first started talking she told me she found me attractive, but she does flirt with alot of guys, but she tells me i am the only guy she trusts and she has stopped flirting with other guys. She tells me that i'm her best friend and the only guy she cares about and everything but she doesnt want to commit to a relationship because it would feel wrong. She told me she once did have feelings for me but i think she is only saying that to make me feel better. Its hard to understand if i will ever be able to make her my girlfriend.

If you really like this girl and feel comfortable enough to really talk to her, you should just see her in person, and lay out the way you feel, say something like "I really like you, and i understand that you see me as a bestfriend, and you might have feelings for me, but i need to right now if you ever want to become my girlfriend and take our relationship to that level." It also seems like this girl is a little confused, going in and out of relationships with that one guy, maybe you should look for other girls, and see how she reacts and give her time to think. I hope it works out but in the end you might be better off as friends.Good Luck 3 :)
