It is very rare to get addicted on nitrous oxide and so I suspect you will probably not be able to find specific support from your GP or local drugs charity so it is something you are largely going to have to overcome on yourself. You need to make sure the drug isn't around you. Throw away the dispenser and then the chargers won't be any use to you. If you are going out to any clubs that still sell this stuff then stop going to these places, give yourself a "not allowed" date, such as 3 months.
Whilst rare / moderate recreational use of nitrous oxide is not harmful, long-term heavy usage can be extremely harmful with obvious risks of paralysis and brain damage due to the lack of oxygen to your body and damage to your nervous system due to a deficiency in vitamin B-12. Drugs can be enjoyable but as soon as you find yourself with a dependence on them it is time to stop for good because you've overstepped that line and there's little chance of going back. Think of it this way, it's either the nitrous or your long-term health. Which one means more to you? Although it may be difficult, concentrate on something such as physical fitness - this as well as enhancing your mood will physically make you feel better. It'll be difficult to begin with, but it'll soon get far more easier.

Of course that is a step in the right direction! You should be proud of yourself for doing it. However it sounds as though you dont have enough faith and confidence to get over this problem. My advice would be to first tackle this and then move on to over coming the laughin gas. This way you will believe in yourself and it may prove to be the only push you needed.
One way to keep on track would be to set a goal. A date or amount of time you want to be "clean". Put to one side the amount of money you would normally spend in this amount of time. When you reach your goal you will have enough money to enjoy yourself without the use of the gas.
Good luck!!
