What do I do?

The relationship was over at the point at which you stop trusting him - whether he actually cheated or not is irrelevant. You cannot carry on living this way without bringing your own mental health to the floor with the worry and anxiety. You shouldn't feel the need to check on him, verify his account of things or any of that stuff - if you do, you don't trust him and the relationship has no future. Get yourself down the GP for a sexual health check in case he did cheat and tell him goodbye.
