A female , *el1Girl writes:

Im 21 and have been with my boyfriend for 9 months. The problem we have is that I wake up in the morning with a bad mood and I never feel like sex or any human interaction in the morning.

My boyfriend is very kind to me, makes coffee and toast every morning, however when I am awoken, I am very testy and grumpy. He trys to cheer me up but I dont change my mood.

He is getting upset by my lack of effort or desire and for putting him in a bad mood as well.

I dont know how to regulate my bad mood at all, and he is feeling resentful towards me for not wanting him.

Do I need to give a little or does he need to be more tolerant?

Just explain to him that you are most definately not a morning person and just need to be left alone for an hour or two every morning. If he can run around making toast for you every morning (o lucky one!) I'm sure he can agree to leave you to your own devices for a couple of hours. Perhaps give him a kiss first thing before you have your me-time and remind him that you will be back to your cheerful self by dinner.
