The police have a duty to follow up on every report they get.
After a good few failings in the system recently they now are super careful about this kind of thing.
Go and tell them what you know, car registrations, etc.
It could be that one of them has a crush on you. It could be that they live nearby and just always cruise around. It could be something more sinister.
Report it and you will find out.
Good Luck!! xx

When I first moved into a new area, I got pestered a lot by the guys round here, and at times I felt quite threatened. Like you, I also couldn't understand it, there's nothing particularly special about me!Can you talk to someone, anyone, about this? If you keep it to yourself, it will probably seem more frightening. If you tell people, then they will also be able to keep an eye out for you, and check to see if you are okay.I don't know how long this has been going on, but if you are feeling threatened, then I would say also talk to the police. Don't worry about seeming silly or crazy-the police are there to protect people. Even if it turns out to be nothing, and I hope it does, then you will at least have found out and can put your mind at ease. But it's not worth taking any chances, not with your safety.I really hope you tell someone about this, so you are not alone. I hope you get to the bottom of this, and that everything works out okay. You are in my thoughts. x
