reader, anonymous, writes (12 November 2007): wow... i feel the same way as you. however, i am guessing i am younger than you. i am 17 and i have been mastrabating since i was 10. since that age i started to do it 1-2 times a day, however, now i tend to do it 4-5 times a day. i am so addicted, i don't know how to stop either. my hands are always down there! it's honestly crazy, i am also addicted to porn. i basically watch it everiiday, i would say 2-3 times a day, which is really bad. it really distracts me from my school work, and other activities. maybe it is because i am not sexually active or etc. but, umm the best advice i can give is limiting yourself. maybe limit yourself to once a day. control yourself the whole day from doing it, until you reach that time of day where you have to do it, and then treat yourself, but only do it once day day. or maybe 2x if you do it a lot. i hope i helped a bit... if you need any feedback just pm me.
