you need to go to a local clinic for a blood test and then see the result. iv been where you are and home tests are so wrong, mine also said negetive, what a joke!good luck and i hope everything works out.

Home prenancy tests can sometimes be misleading, I strongy adivse seeing a doctor to get the test done there. It may be a sign of pregnancy, but could also be something else like a cyst on the ovary, something along those lines, that would also stop your periods. So if your not pregnant it could be any number of other things and you need to get it looked into. The stress also could be stopping your periods, worry can do this to alot of us. But do go checked out to be on the safe side.
Take care x

Probably the stress of thinking about being pregnany is prolonging your period. That has happened to me plenty of times :) I dont think you have anything to worry about

Not sure where you are based, but guessing the USA...most communities have free family planning clinics or voluntary sector services related to women's health so get the phone directory book out and start looking. You can only tell if you are pregnant for sure by a blood test since home kits operate on detecting the HCG Hormone in your urine which can be insufficiently strong to show up - a friend of mine was 4 months pregnant before she found out by accident at the hospital because the home kits showed up negative. I think the home kits are generally accurate but if you get into community services and confirm that you are not pregnant then you need to seek out medical help because there maybe a medical reason for the absence of periods that needs sorting. Good luck!
