For example, when I look at my room it shakes side to side or back and fourth. This reaction sort of makes me sick and dizzy. Why is this happening? Please help me! Thanks. It could be a panic attack, they can be so scary. You need to see a doctor and be referred for some checks, everything else is just guesses. Try not to worry, bodies can do odd things, but don't ignore it.

Do you eat three good sized meals a day? My first instinct when reading your post is that you're getting dizzy and sick because you don't eat enough. If you're sure you're eating three meals and you don't have any form of eating disorder then it's probably just something simple like anaemia. Your doctor can diagnose it with a simple blood test. The truth is it could be several million things so run it by your doctor just to be sure, but if it only happens when you're hungry or haven't eaten for a few hours then try eating or drinking a sugary drink and see if that helps you.
