This is because I come on my period when I didnt realise I was about to come on. The first time, it was ok. The sheets had blood on I just said sorry I didnt realise and he was fine, even tho I was a bit embarressed. Anyway, it happened again lastnite but this time it was unexpected cos my period came a week early. There was loads of blood and this time I was very embarressed. Again he said dont worry, but I could sense that he felt uncomfortable cos I was embaressed. Anyway, how can I get over this embarressment? And stop it happening again? I feel dirty even tho it wasnt my fault. Im scared he has gone off me too. Has this happened to anyone else?

It makes me so mad sometimes because it'll come so fast, it almost feels like I'm pregnant and my water just broke! I always just thought no one else has this problem and maybe it's just all in my head.
I also thought it could've been because I'm on Depo Provera.
I haven't bothered asking the doctor because it seems so embarassing!

Twice?! After how many?! I've done some research and couldn't find anything particularly useful - nor interesting, nor simple - so I recommend you see your doctor and see if there is a problem or something that could be prevented.
It is unlikely, but it might help. I suggest you also say to your boyfriend that your seeing a doctor just to let him know that it isn't normal and that you are embarrassed by it.
Also, is he your first sexual partner?! Because if he isn't and it hasn't happened with different partners, it could just be a era that your going through.
But, since I am totally unsure, ask your doctor.
