im a 23 year old female and now i look back , i realize i have always been attracted to an older man . i am currently attracted to an older man i work with whom i don't know very well yet. ( I'd say he's late thirties ) i have no idea if he's attracted to me, but i have caught him looking at me a few times. i don't know what to do . i feel silly for asking but i thought, why not? what do i do? am i weird? how do i know for sure he is interested in me ? i realize it is possible that i may have some kind of father complex, but also, guys my age are just looking for a mother figure.

I am an man 41. I work with a young lady that is 23. I would so love it if she gave me some idea that it would be okay to ask her out. My advise to her if she was to read this is to send me a message on Facebook. Like I wandered if you would like to get a cup of coffee after work. The cool thing about that is if he does not respond then you know that he is not interested. Then you just act like it did not happen. However you can only ask once because more than that you would break the rules of the office.

That's similar to me! i'm 19 and i like a guy who's in his early 30's, turns out he likes me too!

Just make eye contact and smile and flirt as if he was YOUR age.. what guy in his mid thirties is not going to notice a 23 yr old? Come on.. he probably already likes you... just let him know a bit more with the smiles and conversation, thats what I did good luck! :) x

First of all, you're not weird. It has been proven women are naturally drawn to older men because they have certain qualities that we find attractive.

Secondly, try talking to him, make up some excuse if the opportunity doesn't arise.

Hope this helps!
