At my work there is a customer at my work an older guy (maybe 7-8 years older) who I am really attracted to. He always comes shopping frequently every week and we always have small talk and a flirtatcious vibe going on. He's been told by one of my good friends from work that I think he's really cute (My friend is actually really good friends with this just by being a requent shopper at my job). Now what I need some advice on is I'm not sure if he's interested...He ALWAYS comes in my nights when I'm closing EVERY week, I'm not sure if it's a sign telling me his interested but is too shy to ask me out or spark a conversation that is more than just small talk, Im'm just really confused, I notice as well as my friends from work saying that he's always glancing at me when he's shooping, I just don't get it. What do I do? I;m afraid to make the firsst move because I've never have to. What do I do? Your Advice is appreciated. :)

FWIW you can ask him out for coffee if you like but it may just be that he thinks your cute and comes in on your closing nights by sheer coincidence.
I know for me that there was a very cute guy at the car repair place I've used for 20 years... and we FLIRTED outrageously for 15 of those years... but I NEVER was interested in dating him.....

Well instead of being so stressed and wasting your time thinking and thinking and writing this message, i would suggest to go ahead call him and ask him out for a coffee or better a drink and go out as friends for a drink and a talk, just tell him it will be nice to go out sometime for adrink instead of talking and talkin during work and in the shop, i enjoy your conversations and I'd love to talk and know more about you so if you are interested let's meet tomorrow after work somewhere...for a drink and maybe dancing...and you will take it ffrom there and see how he would react and you will discover the signs...
