It's not a question if he will know whether you're a virgin or not - you are TOO young to be having sex full-stop. This in not a 'judgemental' answer or one that is based around anything but it is illegal to be having sex at your age in the USA.
If he is 19 or 20 and knows your age, he knows he would be having sex with a minor, and in any ones eyes, that is not right. Sorry, I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but I know the age of consent is 18 in the USA, and anyone posting a reply on DC ' explaining he won't know you're a virgin, there may be some bleeding to a girl under age' is not good advice.
It concerns me such advice has been posted, as agony aunts and uncles can only surmise the ages are correct from the poster, and as I know lots of young females will post a slightly older age, it would be wise to keep that in mind. No under 16's should be given advice that does not meet the legal age of consent.
Please, please think about this very, very carefully, as there is good reason the age of consent is 18, it's to protect you, even though you won't see this now. If he really likes you he will wait until your older, presuming he knows your real age - have you told him?

but im now with someone else who is 22 he knows im not a virgin but i did tell him id been with more people than one as he had been with more
but honestly aslong as you kind of know what your doing he wont be able to tell if your a virgin or not
but then again it depends becasue sometimes there can be slight bleeding but for me it was fine
