reader, anonymous, writes (14 May 2007): Is someone at home abusive to you? Do either of your parents yell at you or expect you to get the best grades? Do you have a coach, teacher, preist or other authoritative figure, or even a girlfriend, who yells at you? You must have learned this behavior somewhere, and if someone else has treated you that way you are probably hiding all the negative energy to relase on someone else, cause you see it as ok if someone else does it to you? I would talk to your school therapist or try to be reccomended to a therapist in your community- there may be deeper underlying issues there. Be courageous and proactive and take control of your health, I am glad that you are noticing this- thats the first step! Good luck!
