 She's significantly older than you..and quite a difference in maturity levels. You're just becoming a teenager, when she's about to become an adult and leave her teenage years. I'm sure at 13 she finds you absolutely adorable but due to the age gap and the legal age on consent being ages 16-18 it's just not ideal for her to date you. Sorry buddy. It's just going to have to stay an innocent crush.

There is a 6 year age gap between the two of you, and it's unlikely she'll want to be in a relationship with you. I'm not saying that in a horrible way, I'm sure she enjoys your company in a friendly way as you say you talk often, but it's unlikely that a 19year-old girl will date a 13 year-old.
If you're finding it hard to control your feelings around her then it's better you keep your distance, because you wouldn't want your feelings to develop to such a high point where it's hard to get over her.
I know you'll probably miss her company, but the more you like her, the harder it'll be to get over her, and it'll just be hard to be around her when you like her so much but can't act on your feelings.
