If I were to have sex with my boyfriend just before my period and not use a condom would I still get pregnant? What are my chances if Ii know that my periods going to start then have sex? Could I actually get pregnant? Any info on this would be great, thanks!

yes hun, you can get pregnant at ANYTIME even when your ON your period you can get pregnant hun, you NEED to use a condom EVERYTIME you have sex no matter what.the chances are very high when close to your period because the egg has traveled further so the sperm dont have to go very far to find the egg, so less sperm die on the way.you need to use some form of conticepton.weather that is a condom the pill or the injection.not only that but you need to use a condom to prevent STD's your boyfriend could have them even if he hasnt had sex with anyone els, some you can be born with others you can get off used needles.hope my advice helped x x x
