If I was to carry out my feelings for my married neighbor would it be considered wrong?

(If you straight off read that, you're going to say YES! So keep reading, maybe you'll understand better)

They have been having marriage problems for a couple of years. So they recently filed for divorce, and since they got kids, they're court date is posted for Nov something, so they're still legally married. But, their lawyers don't know if that will be the ending date, cause of the kids....

However, he still basically lives there. He stays out back, in their RV...
